Terms of Service

scrub.ee is a B2B SaaS product operated by Noclip OÜ that helps administrators of Telegram groups detect and respond to fraudulent member behavior, including fake accounts, coordinated sybil clusters, and bonus-abuse patterns. The service connects to Telegram groups via the Telegram Bot API at administrator invitation.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You must be authorized to connect any Telegram group you add to scrub.ee — typically meaning you are an administrator of that group with the group owner's consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• use scrub.ee to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil any individual or group,
• connect groups where you lack administrative authority,
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the service,
• use the service to facilitate or detect activity that is itself unlawful in your jurisdiction or in Estonia,
• resell or sublicense the service without written agreement.

scrub.ee offers a 7-day free trial on new workspaces. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription on the Starter or Pro plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. Prices are in USD. Applicable VAT or other taxes are calculated by Stripe Tax based on your billing location. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; price changes take effect at the next renewal.

If your trial expires without subscription, your workspace enters a graduated suspension lifecycle over 7 days, during which features are progressively paused. After this period, the bot leaves your connected groups and your workspace becomes frozen. Workspace data is retained for 30 days from freeze, during which reactivation by subscribing restores access. After 30 days, frozen workspaces are permanently deleted.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

scrub.ee, the scrub.ee name, logo, and service are owned by Noclip OÜ. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your account data and any content you provide.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Telegram, Stripe, hosting providers), and unforeseen technical issues may cause downtime.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Noclip OÜ disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fraud detection is probabilistic — we do not warrant that the service will identify all fraudulent behavior or that all flagged behavior is fraudulent. You retain full responsibility for moderation decisions in your Telegram groups.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noclip OÜ's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Noclip OÜ in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Noclip OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noclip OÜ from claims arising out of (i) your use of the service in violation of these terms, (ii) your violation of any law or third-party right, (iii) your connection of Telegram groups without proper authorization.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, including violations of the Acceptable Use section, with notice where practical. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and deleting your workspace.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email to workspace owners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
