Refund Policy

Overview
scrub.ee offers a 7-day free trial on every new workspace, so you can evaluate the service before paying. After the trial, the following refund terms apply to paid subscriptions.
14-day refund window on first paid subscription
If you purchase a paid subscription (Starter or Pro, monthly or annual) for the first time on a workspace and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. This aligns with EU consumer protection norms. To request a refund, email legal@scrub.ee from the email address on your account, referencing your workspace name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Annual subscriptions after 14 days
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, no automatic refund is issued. We will consider pro-rata refund requests on a case-by-case basis if cancellation is due to service issues attributable to scrub.ee. Email legal@scrub.ee with your request.
Monthly subscriptions after 14 days
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal charge; you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
Renewals
Renewal charges (the second and subsequent billing cycles on a subscription) are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time before renewal from the billing settings page.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve refund requests directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account termination per the Terms of Service.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
